How to Have a Sleep Retreat

Tonight we’re having a sleep retreat!

Here’s how to have a sleep retreat:

  1. Choose a cozy misty, rainy day if you can . . . like we are having today in Tucson. 🙂
  2. Early in the morning, decide that tonight will be a sleep retreat. (It works better if everyone in your *household decides to have one too.)

  3. Make a crockpot meal, so that everything is ready for early nourishment and rest.
  4. Get into your pajamas at sunset.
  5. Rest and relax.
  6. By 7 pm . . . lights out. 💙
