In my quest to post each day in 2019, my goal each evening has become “post before midnight!” which hasn’t been too difficult, natural night owl that I am. 😉
However, it’s making it harder to wake up early in the morning, so tonight I’m going to try something new.
I’m going to experiment with exiting the screens early in the evening, which is so much sweeter for deep sleep. And then . . . drum roll 🥁 . . . I’m going to wake up with the sunrise tomorrow, and I’ll write and post before work in the morning. See you then! 🙂
